[Resolved] Alcatel Mobile Phone Cdma — SERVICING ISSUES | |||
I HAVE BOUGHT THE ALCATEL CDMA MOBILE PHONE IN MARCH, 2012. NOW ITS BEEN ONLY 9 MONTHS AND THE HANDSET IS STARTING GIVING ME THE TRUBLE . WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE SERVICE PROVIDERS BY TAKING PH NO. FROM GOOGLE BT ITS AL IN VAIN. EVER1 SAYS THAT WE CANNOT REPAIR THE ALCATEL MOBILE ANYMORE. EVEN WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE OF ALCATEL BUT I AM SURPRISED TO SAY THAT THEY ARE EVEN MORE RUDE AND IRRESPONSIBLE TO THEIR DUTIES. THEY MISGUID US AND TALKED REALLY RUDE TO US. SINCE OUR ALCATEL HANDSET IS IN WARRENTY PERIOD, ITS REALLY SHAMEFUL AND PITTY THING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF HARRESMENT IN MY LIFE TILL NOW. I REQUESTED TO YOU TO PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER.
