Matrix Cellular Prepaid SIM — Billed for unknown account in my name

Hello,
I recently had a trip to Australia and for the same I had taken up a prepaid country specific sim card. The sim worked fine, but on my return I was billed twice. The first bill was for the mobile number account that I used but the second bill was with another mobile number with different account number also under my name with only the monthly rentals. I have no clue whose number was that and why was it billed to my credit card. The matrix cellular personnel Mr. Yash Parekh ([protected]) said that it was a system fault and the amount will be reversed soon. Its been 10 weeks and I haven't got any refunds on the fake bill charged to my card and the matrix executives are not responding nicely.
