[Resolved] Uninor Telecom Co. — deducted balance and abusive language by customer care executive | |||
Hello sir Uninor company is activating VAS on my number witheout my confirmation .when i am complaining theey do not give any satisfactory answer and theen barred my number for 2 or 3 days.I am very disappointed.Yesterday theey have charged 7 rupee from my balance.i have not activated any service but theen also they have deducted my balance.when i called customer-care, executive had spoke to me very rudely and theey have not refunded my balance.You can check my full history from 25the Feb.They are continuously deducting my balance witheout my approval.I am from rampur, west Uttar pradesh.
