My name is Mrs. Jhuma Paul. I applied for a mobile phone on instalment basis as per their advertisement in their website on 11.06.2014. The Application ID is M11066879. On 24.6.2014 I got a sms stating that they are unable to approve my application for mobile on EMI as it does not match their credit policy criteria. What is their credit policy criteria, they should have cleared before accepting the application and the processing fees. this way they are robbing poor people crores of rupees. FRAUD COMPANY.. DONT BUY. WHY GOVERNMENT DONT TAKE ACTION?
ITS A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY ARE SHOWING COMPARITIVELY LESS PRICES TO ATTRACT INNOCENT PEOPLE. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEED BACKS IN THEIR WEBSITE.. WHAT THE STUPID INDIAN AUTHORITIES ARE DOING???
