Myself Shalini ( [protected] ), went to vodafone store model town 2nd on 15 jan 2016 to buy i6 apple phone. i was shocked when i came to know on 16th morning when i called apple ph customer care and they told me that its a DEMO set and it is not for sale .how can they sale DEMO set to anyone. From that day i am complaining to mobility world and now they are denying to refund or changing of mobile bcoz they are saying that knowingly i purchased this DEMO set but i was unaware with this fact. i only came to know when i saw so many icons in handset with older 2014 chat messaes and videos and photos, contact list with name phone number and email id, then i contacted apple support and they told me its a DEMO piece and they have regd my complain with ID [protected]. please help me in this either they should refund my amount or change this set and give me new handset of same .
