I'm also facing the same issue, i was ordered LG V30+ On 10th of February, at first they said they will deliver the product within 5 days after that they said they said they need 2750 as clearance charge and 1500 will refund as paytm money which is mentioned in website ( i was checked and that's true they mentioned in Terms And Conditions) so i transfer the amount by Paytm.
After that he said me to wait another one week i accepted that too, after one week i was tried to talk to them he said product already received at his office and it given for unlocking that may take 2 to 3 days,
After that he said there is some software issue it may take 2 more days to unlock.
After that he said 3 days Holi celebration so he will said by Monday (5th of March), je never answer my call and never reply on time, by evening 6 o'clock i got reply from him and says he sent his delivery boy to sent by FedEX, so i keep asking POD number no reply and not answering my call, by night 1 AM i got reply saying that i will get a mail by morning 11 o'clock.
After that no reply again by evening 5 o'clock he replied by 9 o'clock i will receive mail. Again no response.
Today he replied and says they have 30 days money back guarantee if the product not received they will process refund methods like that. But i couldn't believe his words.
At first before you purchase he will call you after that he will never answer your call and after 5 to 10 missed he will reply that he is so busy with business,
Friends please do not buy anything from mobizkart.com. You may lose your money.

Don't duty the site is a fraud site. They will cheat you
I had ordered for a LG v30+ mobile phone for 24900 on this website. After the payment I was asked to pay an another 3500rs via bank transfer. I got suspecious and asked the company to refund my money back. Since then they are not picking up my phone calls. Planning to log a complaint to the cybercrime department.

I got to speak with person, he said he was having medical emergency with his family member for 2 days and said he will be sending me the parcel tomorrow. Felt relief.

The person whom i made deal with is having a serious health issue with his family member, hence he was unable to contact me properly,he spoke with me and promised me that he would deliver the product as soon as possible.
