I had ordered an office chair from moglix. But i have received the chair in damaged condition and the have also requested for return. But they have even cancelled the return request.
I have already shared the images of the damaged product. I have received a ticket number from there end. Ticket number is #441799.
I need the refund and do not want any replacement.

Moglix Customer Care's response Hi Parth. We regret the inconvenience caused to you. Our Logistics Partner will contact you regarding the pick up of the product within 48-72 hours. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will immediately process the refund.
