Moglix — Moglix ask me My bank details | |||||
I have ordered 2 qty of spanner set in moglix website last month, ihad received only one qty of spanner set at 04/09/2016.then i had mail to moglix customer care, then they ask we will make reverese pickup.once product reach our ware house, we will initate the order with in day, then i return my product via ecom express (reverse pickup number is[protected].on 2days ago Now i have a msg from moglix mail id, there is no spanner set available, please share your bank account details, we will initate the refund.why should i share my account details with moglix.My order id is YFUWFONRY its totally worst experience with moglix.please take immediate action for that.thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
