Moglix — Refund for product not provided

I had purchased 3 ceiling fans from moglix.com on 22/april /2016 by paying rs.19, 217 through online credit card transaction. They did not process the order and also no intimation of status provided. So finding fraudulent act by moglix team i made call to their call center many times and finally got the call connected. Useless call center. Finally the customer agent took the cancellation request on may 2nd and told me the refund will be intiated to my credit card a/c. Till date no update or any revert and also the refund is yet to be credited. It is clear fraud by moglix team
