Dear sir,
I purchased moglix 13 mm drill machine kit on 18/11/2020..After few months the machine doesn't work. I went to Bosch service centre and they told me that this machine has no serial no.they said this machine could be a duplicate one.and for repairing they will take charge, but my drill machine is under warranty period.
This is the worst experience from moglix. The customer care denied to provide serial number
Kindly Pls check and do the needful
