Dear Sir/ Mdm,
I'm writing this mail with complete dissatisfaction and regrets on the purchase of an LG Air Conditioner back in 2019.
The attached mail thread has the complete follow ups to LG with regards to this purchase and the problems being faced by me.
This is in reference to the LG 1.5T Inverter Air Conditioner KSUQ18HNZD(8415) purchased from your store LG SHOPPE, Nisha Home Appliances, Tuticorin thru Inv No : R19MAD1239-858 on 27th APR’19.
We have given so many reminders, requests & emails on this issue Now its 2 years 8 months (32 months), We still face the same problem,
Due disatisfaction in performance, We have opted for a different brand within few weeks of purchase. Inspite of our objection they replaced with a same model, which too didn't perform.
Many LG technicians accepted that this Inverter Model has an universal complaint and they are experiencing tough time with their Good Old Genuine LG customers Bcoz of this model.
The Local LG dealer committed to replace with Carrier or OG for us, but he failed to keep up his promise.
He convinced us saying that he will replace by some other brand thru his multi brand showroom opening shortly.
We have been following the local dealer frequently before & after the Corona lockdown periods also. But all in vain...
I'm actually looking for ways to escalate this on Social Media and will surely take the opportunity to make this a viral post.
We are tired and exhausted of your terrible, poor, incompetent support team, which is not expected from LG.
I'm positive even this mail will go unnoticed, yet I'm drafting and sending this mail as a proof so that if and when this issue goes viral, it will make the kingdom come.
