momascholarship.gov.in — Moma scholarship not received in my account even after being approved

I have been approved for moma merit cum means scholarship for 2013-14 &[protected], , , but i received payment only for 2014-15...!!! as one can see at http://www.Momascholarship.Gov.In/ using my permanent id or at https://pfms.Nic.In using my bank accont no. ...!!!
i made a complaint at national scholarship portal as well as at rti...!!!
they gave me your contact, , please forward my case to the respective
ministry, , so that i can get my scholarship payment for 2013-14
also...!!!
