Moneyview — loan amount

My money is debited two times from my account which i had paid to Moneyview for loan. I already paid amount for the month of jan but again same amount is debited. Can u please help me for this issue.
The reference which i had paid through UPI is :[protected].

Same amount is debited without prior info, that reference number is :[protected]

I already sent a mail to Moneyview for this issue, but they did not give any reply.
