Moneyview — Loan Foreclosure

Hi,

I have taken personal loan of Rs 4, 10, 000 for 60 months through MoneyView. As per there terms and conditions, I will be eligible for my loan foreclosure after I pay 12 EMI which I have already paid. But now when I am checking an option in the app to foreclose the loan, it is still saying that I need to pay 6 EMIs to be eligible for foreclosure. I have call them multiple times and sent multiple emails but no response from Moneyview. Even I raised ticket# 5900835 but they closed the ticket without any resolution and comments. Please help
