We have taken monster subscription for an year on Jan, 13th, 2017, Friday. After using it for 2-3 days and after getting dissatisfactory result I asked them to cancel the subscription on immidiate basis.
At the time of subscription I was dealing with Ms. Konica Bolneni - Sr. Key Account Manager ([protected]), but when iasked about cancellation she started avoiding our calls and didnt bother to reply on mails. I have raised a complaint for the same on their website also, but havent receive any update yet.
I believe, every company has a cooling off period for any purchase done if not satisfied.
We have paid 32200 rs.
Request you to take an appropriate action.
