Monsterindia.com — Money not refunded

Monsterindia called me and offer me a job in amazon for this they said before interview i have to pay 1000rs for interview and it is refundable but after selection in interview they are asking to pay 5, 800rs more to get joining letter, , , i denied to them and asked my interview money back but they said that money can be refunded, , , pls help me to get my money back
