Monsterindia.com — Not getting any service after doing payment

I have taken paid service from monster after getting numerous calls from the executives but since the day I have paid the fees i.e since 02.09.2022 they have stopped responding to my calls. Even my resume is not made and after hundreds of follow ups and calls they are always asking for 1 more day. Today is 16.09.2022 and still nothing. On asking for refund they are denying it and not agreeing to refund the amount and everytime asking for 1 more day. Each higher authority is asking 1 additional day. I don't know what went in my head and I got into trouble with monster India cheaters. I just want my money back as they have not provided or started any kind of service
