Monsterindia.com — Unable to contact Sales lady - Sangeeta Bala

Taken paid resume services from Monster.com thru their representative Sangeeta Bhala but when contacting to know status neither she is responding nor reverting, even customer care or resume building department unable to give the status nor able to connect that lady .I want my money refund because it seems that it is fraudulent and fake services run by monster.com.
