Monsterindia.com — Unauthorized charges from monster india and fake job offer

Monster india calld me and provide me hdfc bank application form & training letter through their mail id. their email id - [protected]@mail.com
They provide me bank details-
Their payment details -
Punjab national bank.

A/c name - sunray services
Ifsc code-punb0182100
They charges for registraition fees 4000/-, and profile verification fees 12000/-, so total amount is 16000/- rs. i paid it on 2nd aug 2016 and 3rd aug 2016.

Currently they receive call from these 3 numbers. these numbers are not switched off.
Kindly do strick action against them, and refund my money, because i took debt before gave it to monster.
Right now i dont have such money to return them.
Please suggest mi how i collect my refund. they told mi within 45 days u will receive refund from ourside. but i have doubt these people are fake.
