The call agent below first sent me details (I have that mail also) for 'Featured Profile' services on 9th December 18:34 IST which she offered for Rs.1499 + taxes.

Then she sent me link for Profile Highlighter for same price instead of Featured Profile stating that both services are same and it is just different name.

Now when I visit the website I realize that I have been tricked since these are 2 different services and I am getting nothing as promised in the mail.

From Foudit (previously Monster) I expect honesty & integrity.

I request you to take proper action and either reimburse my fees back or grant my profile 'Featured Profile' services which was promised to me.
