Monte Carlo — Orders not supply against advance payment

Respected Sir/Madam, I have placed orders on Monte Carlo web site and made the payment of the said order by my credit card on 11/2/15. As assured by company web site & executives, that they will deliver the order within 4 to 5 days, but till date i have not received my orders. More over they have not update me after so many telephonic call and email with company executives (Mr. Jaspreet Johar / Thakur / Mrs. Jasmeet and many more regarding my orders status.
