I have ordered a gown on March 15 2022 through the Instagram page of Moon Goddess Couture, K.C. Abraham Master Road, 12th Cross Road, Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala 682036. Phone :[protected]. The gown was worth Rs.1850 and I paid a total of Rs.2150 including GST and shipping charges. It was showing 57 working days for the product to be delivered. I called them twice (in March & April) after placing the order and they assured that my order is safely placed and will be delivered on time which was meant to be middle of May. I went busy with my brother's marriage and only by July I remembered that I still haven't got my delivery. I gave them a call during the second week of July telling that my order is not received and I need a refund on the same. They hung up the call without telling anything and never I got hold of them after that. Today, 22/7/2022 I received the order but I am not willing to have the item as it is a two months delayed delivery. Kindly take the necessary steps to provide me the full refund of the item cost and them taking necessary arrangements for them to pick up the return of my item.
