It's been a mess of doing shopping through any kind of store through online portal because it's the when they don't respond to customer by taking their money in advance and when it is time for refund, they requested you to contact 3rd party app.

Also they had generated the invoice before handling an order to delivery guy. And invoice will be created after scanning the items, before that they are not even allowed to generate a bill. So their billing executive told me a lie that they do not have such products available in our inventory right now.
How could they forgot to send 1600rs items or they deliberately billed an invoice of 1600rs items which missing from my order?
How's that possible?
Even more store rohini has a bad quality staff where they don't know how to treat a customer.
They have completely harassed me by such experience.
Ajay is the one and person picking up a phone was like they actually don't care to address the customer query.
Even though they admit the same about availability of specific product over call still they denied me the same when they don't pick-up that product on delivery.
Kindly take an action against such corruption where customer has to fight with all emotions at one go.
That thing should never be happened to any customer, because they are taking advance first before delivering to customer,
They are marking the order as delivered before delivering to customer.
So customer won't do a complaint against them, won't find an easy way for refund.
