Hi, My wife and I (Chandrashekar) are regular customer at this store. Today Nov.09, 2014 when my wife wanted to redeem the points and went to the help desk to get the numbers of points to redeem and asked the cashier Mr. Ananya (that is what he said his name was) not only swiped the credit card without waiting for my wife to get the points to redeem but also started laughing as she talked both in Telugu and English, which I feel is a discrimination and harassment towards a woman.When I raised this issue with 2 managers there they didn't even bother to question the cashier but indifferently I was asked to write the complaint after I asked for a complaint book.
I feel so sad that even though this store is so big, that they wanted to earn money by hiring young people who are taught to discriminate and harass people, especially women in this fashion and their objective seems very clear which is to JUST MAKE MONEY.
It was so sad that even the so called manager was supporting his staff even though there is a BIG SIGN stating that we could give a feedback about their service etc.which I feel is just for EYE WASH and no action would be initiated against these people.
Finally, when I told the manager that I would give a complaint to the Police, he said that I can do it and no action can be taken against them or against the store, which was really shocking to me and again when I asked the email id, he was very rude when he said it is on the receipt and we had to search for it for a long time ourselves as they were not only on the back of the receipt but also in very small font.
I guess MORE management has clear objective to run their supermarkets which is to DISCRIMINATE AND HARASS its customers and all the feedback etc. that we give was just EYE WASHERS as they wanted only to get profit and cheat customers like us.
