I want to know about how the government had given permission for this travels for 100% cancellation charges. Even the APSRTC taking 10% cancellation charges then how the government had given permission for this travels for 100% cancellation charges. While booking the ticket in their website it was not highlighted that the ticket can not be cancelled. Due to another work when i tried to cancel the ticket then it was shown that it can not be cancelled. I want my money back by deducting the nominal cancellation charges otherwise i will approach the RTI for the guidelines how the travels got the permission. It is simply looting the people. How can one predict the future, if a poor person book the ticket then if the journey cancelled then the amount can not be refunded where they can go. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.
