Morning Star Travels — bus delayed to reach the destination without any information | |||
I am traveling from vijayawada to hyderabad under sleeper class in morning star travels. They have avoided the renewal tax and taken us upto choutuppal (55 kms away from hyderabad), rto has stopped the bus and ask them to clear the tax at kodad. Without informing to any of the passengers, they have us taken back to kodad (130 kms from choutuppal). With their stupid act, all the passengers got suffered and we got late to reach our destination. I am going late to my company meeting which is very important to me and i personally taken lot of stress for not attending the meeting as well as the bus delay. Even the in charge is not responding properly for the delay. He was saying stories and abusing the rto people for this. I need a proper answer from the travels and claim for the inconvenience caused to me.
