I have travelled from hyderabad to tenali on 12th feb 2018. I have boarded the bus at kphb colony

Unprofessional and rude behaviour with passenger and demanding higher amount for luggage without proper fare charges and bill.
He charged 200 rupees for 20 kg student books.
