On an urgency i am travelled from chennai to guntur. The ticket fare online was 550rs for the semi sleeper. Due to technical issues i could not book my ticket. I reached kayyabedam station to catch the bus. L at 11 pm. They charged 700rs. Ok i just don't mind about the fare. But the thing that hurt me is the way the employees responded to me. I asked for water to one of the employees to provide. It is quite common to supply water bottles and blankets for an ac bus. That too morning star surely does this. He instead of responding smoothly, he said that the company will not provide any water bottles, you have to carry yours own. What the hell answer is he giving. Why the organization is not serious about these employees. Is this the way that you provide services to us? Can't you stop these employees annoying?
