I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent journey I took on Morning Star Travels, from Tiruvannamalai to Kurnool, which I had booked for August 19th, 2023 via Amazon.
Unfortunately, this trip was unlike any other travel experience I have had before, and not in a positive way. I encountered several issues during the journey that significantly impacted my overall experience. I would like to bring these concerns to your attention, with the hope that they can be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory travel experience for future customers.
* Delayed Departure: The bus departed a staggering 1.30 hours later than the scheduled time. This delay caused inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans.
* Lack of Blanket Change: Throughout the journey, I noticed that there was no change of blankets or provision for clean ones. This lack of basic hygiene was disappointing and uncomfortable.
* Unpleasant Odor: The bus had an unpleasant smell, which persisted throughout the journey. This made the travel experience quite uncomfortable and unpleasant.
* Bus Change: To my surprise, there was a sudden bus change during the journey. Such changes can be confusing and disruptive, especially when passengers are not informed in advance.
* Late Arrival: The journey concluded with a late arrival at the destination, which further added to the inconvenience and frustration I experienced during the trip.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to challenges in providing an optimal travel experience. However, I believe that addressing these concerns can lead to improved services and a more pleasant journey for travelers.
