Morning Star Travels — Inconvenience caused by Shifting buses before reaching destination

I and my family have boarded the bus at vijayawada..AP07TM 6584.. with out intimating me, our seat numbers were changed and other seats at the back were alloted..
After reaching vizag in the morning, the driver stopped the bus for about half an hour and for monetary reasons he aboarded other passengers..then after 5 minutes he stopped and informed us to shift to other bus to reach our destination( Vizianagaram)..
I have booked the ticket not to get down in the middle and travel in two buses, which caused me and my family a lot of inconvenience..
If so there should be an intimation before booking the tickets, so that we can look elsewhere..
There is also no intimation of cancellation of bus and seat change of the original bus I booked..
This is the third time i am facing this problem..and if there is no action taken, there is no point in choosing morning star travels for me or any other..
