Morning Star Travels — morning star cancelled the bus on 2nd oct from vizag to hyd and money still not refunded

I booked my trip through redbus for morning star travelsfor 2nd oct from vizag to hyd sleeper which costed 2800 and they cancelled the bus due to rto issue. The operator called and informed the bus is cancelled and they can't arrange another bus. They said money will be refunded by red bus in 4 to 5 business days and the refund was not happened till date. When i called the redbus they said morning star has not given details on this and asked me to wait for another day and it's on going... Such a horrible service both morning star and redbus.
