I had booked 2 tickets, one for my wife and one for my mother-in-law for service number 245 on 8/1/2017 from hyderabad to tirupathi. We had a carton box with us. The bus came to the stop and i put the carton in the luggage space behind the bus and the ladies were boarding the bus. One of the staff member named shiva kumar demanded 200 rupees for the carton. I was shocked as we did not have any baggage except the carton box. I asked him why we should pay. Instead of saying the actual reason, he started saying to the ladies if you don't want to pay, get down from the bus and carry the luggage on your heads. Very rude behavior. When i tried calling the police, he started saying "i have a whole family of police whom i know, you can call up whom ever you want". Only after i called up the police, he calmed down and explained that he has to pay tax somewhere for each carton box and will provide the receipt for the rs 200. The only thing he should have done was to tell this first and not ask the ladies to get down and carry the luggage on their heads. I am definitely not booking morning star again. I would recommend to everyone not to book with these guys so that they learn a lesson. They should know how to treat a customer. Was this information helpful? |
