Morning Star Travels — rude behaviour by conductor

I was travelling from hyderabad to vellore on 22/11/2018. The individual cabin light was not working. The blanket was not wrapped in plastic cover. So could not say whether the blanket was used or fresh. The electrical pin fit cell phone charging was not powered up. When i asked the driver to switch it on, he sent the conductor to address the problem. The conductor name as claimed by the conductor himself was venkat reddy. His behaviour was nothing short of a goon. He was saying that the power would be switched on only after 5 am. When i demanded that the power be switched on, he started using a very disrespectful language. I urged that action be taken against this individual.
