I am regular customer of this service but last friday its worst service its sleeper 313a actually my ticket shifted from 311 to 313 and i kept my boarding point at mvp they called me at 10:30 and they informed me your boarding point is isaka thotta at 10:30 no autos are provided i came by walk bcz the driver informed me we are starting from vizayanagaram after 10 min he called and said we are waiting how can he come in 10 min from vizayanagaram and he scolds me too much time wasted and the staff behaviour worst i said i complain on u and he said what ever u can u can do at same day i lost my wallet in the bus i comained to them but they didn't even search and they said we will call you and they didn't even call me. Waste staff i[censored] continue them ur customers will shift to another service first try to learn how to behave with customers and i know my purse was stollen by staff only. Worst staff waste
