The bus was scheduled to pick up from Karimnagar at 6 pm, but the bus arrived at 7:30 pm, it was supposed to drop off at silk board, Bangalore, at 8:15 am, but the bus hasn't arrived at the destination till now(11:30 am), but in the tracking, it shows it has arrived at the destination, and it reaches there by 1 pm, is it fair to treat passengers that way, it is late by more than 4hours.
