Morning Star Travels — worst services and response | |||
I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to pune and pick van guy asked me to wait at my pick point at 8.35pm after that he is saying bus got repaired and its been almost 2 hours but no response from them.. I tried contacting all the numbers provided by them in the website but none of number is working. Im paying for service which im not availaing properly. Now tomorrow they will not drop me on time and give us the bloody reasons. If they cant provide better buses and better services it would be rather best to shut down their travels. This is not the first time this happened.. But i have option considering the my suitable timings i have to book morning star travels. They are simply playing with customers. They dont know how to provide service. I want to raise a severe complaint on them for wasting our time and money. Kindly take neccessary actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
