[Resolved] Morphy Richards — faulty morphy richards food processor | |||
Purchased a morphy richards foord processor #icon dlx# around diwali in 2016, since then it is creating some or the other problem. Within 2 months its motor burnt which was changed by the company as, i have onsite 2 years warranty. Nw its big jar has developed big cracks and also it has stopped working. When contacted customer care they again gave me an engineer visit, who later on told me that you have to pay for a new jar. Company doent take any responsibility for the jar. It really shameful for a company like bajaj which is delivering these type of faulty products to us and befooling customers. It is a clear wastage of time and mental stress to get your new product repaired again and again. Company should give us money back or they should be ready to face some strong steps taken by us. Aug 29, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved company called me and got another engineer visit done of the faulty product.
After few days company agreeed to provide me another jar of the food processor free of cost. They replaced it accepting the fact that the product is not upto the standard quality. Morphy Richards customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
