It's been 6 days now...I had deposited Rs 500 through phone pe ... so that I can play Aviator game in mostbet.com.
the website took my 500 Rs, it is deducted from my bank ... but the website mostbet.com refuses to update my deposit on the game... not even returning my money to my bank and when I do webchat they ask me payment screenshot.. when I send screenshot they stop replying completely.
I also sent request to their email which is '[protected]@mostbet.com' but have NOT received any support or reply from [protected]@mostbet.com as well.
Looks like This gaming website mostbet.com has no live representative for custome service ... it has only automated Bot which asks same question about screenshot and stops replying when we give screenshot. And then new chat starts 'how may I help, ok send payment screenshot as proof'.
This is endless loop, this is not live representative... it's only bot reply.
There is no customer service and they have no respect for customers because they not keeping payment transparency.
There will be so many people like me who blindly trust these colorful websites and pay their hard earned money and the fraud people steal and no one will know where our money has gone with whom and whom to catch.
Please stop cheating me, I don't want to play this game... please please humble request.. just return my 500 Rs immediately !
