I have an account in canara bank and I made a deposit to a bookmaker called MOSTBET through its app using upi automatic, it redirected me directly into my Google pay app and I made the payment that way but the money has not been credited into my gaming account.
After I made the payment and the money has been debited from my bank account I got a notification saying that there was a server issue and I should not worry and the problem will be fixed soon
I contacted mostbet customer support and I told them what happened and they told me wait for the deposit to be credited into my gaming account, so I waited but the money was still not credited into my gaming account, the next day I contacted them again and they told me to create a new order request and enter the transaction ID and I did just that but later that day I got an email saying that my deposit failed and to try again and if the problem persist I should contact customer support, I contacted them again and told them about my problem, they told me that it was a server issue and the problem will be fixed soon.
So I went to Google pay and i read the instructions and followed them
I contacted the mostbet customer support again and told them that the problem has not been solved and I asked for a refund according to the instructions I read on Google pay but they won't reply to my refund request and according to google pay, if the merchant refused to refund me the money back I should contact my bank and file a crargeback request.
