I am over 9 months pregnant and this company has subjected me to emotional and mental trauma by not delivering the goods in the first place, followed by not refunding the amount and after following up 7-8 times on call - everytime a new sales representative is being put on call.
They accepted that I have ordered 6 items and only 5 have been delivered. But they are not willing to refund for the goods not received. I am really hoping someone can help me in this matter.
