Mothers Pride Play School — Refund of Admission Cancellation Amount_Reyansh Arya is pending since 18 months

This is regarding Admission cancellation of "Reyansh Arya" in Prep class of Presedium Sector-49, Gurgaon.

I have requested an application on 19th March 2020 as per attachment for admission cancellation of my son "Reyansh Arya '' and following up for more than 1 year 6 months for a balance amount that needs to be refunded back but didn't get satisfactory response from School administration.

Earlier I was following up with Kanchan mam (working in Mother's Pride, Sector 49, Gurgaon) and met Principle (Monika Mam) also duing my last visit to school approx 5-6 months back. That time, I got the confirmation from their side that very soon we will get the refund amount. But still, there is no progress.

It is really pathetic to follow-up with the School administration for refund of Admission Cancellation fee.

Kindly help to look into this matter and help to settle the amount with no further delay as I am not expecting this kind of negligence behaviour from such a reputed school administration and wasting our time and energy.

Updated by rahul02415y I am fed-up with the School administration. Despite regular follow-up since last 1 year and 6 months, they have refunded partial amount only and saying they didn't got approval.
At the time of admission, they promised the amount that would get refunded in case of cancellation (due to transfer case) and same was written acknowledged by school administration, sec-49, gurgaon (Ms. Kanchan) as per attachment when i applied for admission cancellation with supporting documents, but now they refunded only partial amount.
While talking to them, they said they will check again.
I request Consumer body to take strict action against them, so they could't do same foul play with other parents.
I am still waiting for my acknowledged money to get refund from School administration.
