Moto Enterprises — moto e audio issue

Hi, I am Cini Philip and I ordered a Moto E which got delivered on 20th June 2014. My order number is OD[protected]. Now it is having audio issues. I am unable to attend calls as i cannot hear people using speaker. I am using either loudspeaker or earphones. Now the mouth piece of earphones are not read by the mobile. Please respond to the issue asap.
