I
had booked by bike/motor cycle (Bajaj Discover DTSi 125 CC; reg. no. WB20P2450)
as on 19th May 2014 morning 7:30AM for transport from Howrah to CSTM
Mumbai by Duranto Train no. 12262.
Following

The
bike was supposed to be shipped on 19th May 2014 & should have
reached Mumbai CSTM on 20th May 2014. I was travelling in the same
train Duranto 12262 (PNR:[protected] & was assured by the clerk from
Howrah that the bike would be shipped & I would be able to receive the same
from CSTM.
It
is clear from the receipt also that it was booked at 7:36AM, but to my
surprise, when I had reached CSTM, the bike didn’t reach. On enquiring from
CSTM office & various other officials handling unloading of goods of the
train, it was revealed that the bike wasn’t loaded the day before for
transport.
My phone number[protected] was mentioned while paying the booking
amount, then WHY COULDN’T THE OFFICIALS INFORM ME REGARDING THE FAILURE OF
LOADING OF THE BIKE.
Till
now also I am unaware that when would I receive my bike, whether it has already
been loaded into another train, when will it reach Mumbai CSTM.
I have paid the full amount for transporting my bike, then WHY there is a lapse
in service & WHY I am not informed. When I have paid the entire amount,
then why people working are not SERIOUS.
