[Resolved] Bajaj, Pulsar 100 Ns — Defective Unit | |||
Hello, I have purchased a Bajaj Pulsar 200 Ns Bike in January 2013, noticed mechanical problem and reported and went many times to the workshop even showed to senior engineer, no body willing to do anything, they just say this is ok and normal. also wrote to the customer care thrice but still no action taken to resolve the issue. need guideline on how to file a complaint against the company for defective unit and improper service / response.
