This is very ridiculous, that i have given my mobile (moto x play) to b2x service centre due to some function does not work properly i. e keypad buttion, top function does not workup/down.. etc i had submitted my moblie in 2-july-16 but stiil mobile is not repaired. you know i have purchased this mobile in apr'16 within 2 month i have faced lot of problem to handled the mobile. and as discussed with service centre staff that mobile will repaire within 5 day so that i have trying to continiously call them from thusday but your staff person switch off/keeping the waiting mode. i can not know that what is the status of mobile. i am requesting to you look this matter on top priority. even if again i will found you are not getting proper replies to customer at that time i will going to consumer forum & register your complaint to your head office, and also giving advertising in new paper.
