My name is Vivekananda Khan. I booked the Rainforest property on 2016 and builder promised to deliver by end of 2019.Builder has cheated all aspect of the agreement, they stopped development for last 3-4 years. Invested 33 lacs already to this property. No communication from the builder. Builder acknowledged the cancellation of the property last year February. And promised to process the refund in July 2020.Till then they are not reachable and no communication from builder in the refund. Now bank is asking money from me, personally in huge loss and in bankrupt. Could you plz help.
