I HAVE a similar problem with the same company 'Real Cargo Packers and Movers'. I had the items packed on 25 Sept 2012 to be delivered to Visakhapatnam from Bangalore, its 4 Dec 2012 now and they haven't delivered it yet. I was promised that the luggage would reach within 7-10 days but that didn't happen.
Everytime I try to call them, they say that its stuck in Chennai due to some Break Inspector or Sales Tax dept., some issue or the other. They have used the same reason for the entire month of November. The cargo isn't yet delivered to Visakhapatnam yet. They have provided 2 mobile numbers on the bill and one landline number. They never ever answer the mobile phones and the landline number belongs to a completely different company called "Sanjay Packers and Movers" which coincidentally has the same address as "Real Cargo Packers and Movers". (D-102, DDUTTL, Industrial Suburb, Yeshwanthpur)
The people who answer the phone are of Bihari descent, I'm not sure how to proceed in regard to this issue. I'm not in India till March 2013 and I'm very worried about my cargo.
I'd like to know if there's a way I can initiate a complaint or action against them without having to come to India.
Kindly do not book your cargo with them ever.

Real Cargo Packers and Movers are worst servicer provider in India.. Every certficate they provide is fake is Fake.. They will theft your luggage inbetween. If you give 10 parcel you will get 8 at destination... God sack don't lured by low rate.. Real Caro Pacers are the worst.
I used them to move within Bangalore itself. It costed me rs.8500, plus tips. They do not have their own staff come for the movement but get people who work for daily wages to come work. Therefore their ability to pack & move houseold items is not good and they do not take that extra care.
The worst was when we finally got everything packed in cartons & delivered at my new address, they say that they need all the packaging material back, the cartons & all the wrapping material. Basically they were planning to empty out all the cartons which took hours to pack and create a complete chaos. Finally after calling the manager, he said they will come after 2 days to pick up the empty cartons, but we will have to pay extra for transporting that.
We quickly unpacked, to let them take away the cartons, since then I have been calling them every alternate day to send someone to pickup these empty cartons. Every time they will tell me, that someone will come the next day. It has been over 2 weeks & no one has turned up. There is a big stack of empty cartons now lying in my drawing room. Now I am left with no option but to dispose it myself.

Real Cargo Packers and Movers — GR No. 1224 booked on 25 jan 2014 Bangalore to Kochi not delivered after two weeks
I have sent my households from Bangalore to Kochi on 25th Jan 2014 via Real Cargo packers and movers and they had given delivery date as 29 Jan 2014 with written receipt. But after 2 weeks, the item are not delivered in Kochi and no response to enquiry calls. Website http://realcargopackers.net/ When I try to call them(Real Cargo packers), they say that its stuck in check post due to some Sales Tax issue of other commercial assignment.
We made this choice of Real Cargo packers and movers from Bangalore to Ghaziabad(Delhi NCR) and this is what we faced.
1) Rudeness.
2) No customer support with exploitation.
3) Broken and stolen items delivered with delays.
Initial Assessment: Rs.28, 000+ Insurance+ taxes= expected Rs.35, 000.
Booking Time: Rs.35, 000 as expected+ 5000 as money required for border clearance in states, total being Rs.40, 000.
Payment: Rs.30, 000 made at booking and 10, 000 to be paid at delivery, which earlier was promised to be 50% payment.
We were asked to relax while our 51 items were loaded in Tata 407 of RCM and when loaded driver asked for Rs.800 as his personal charges and refreshments asked by laborers Rs.500 .
At every point they said the same thing sir do not worry we carry stuff like our own.
Afterwards we were told that we will get everything in 10 days at max which we thought would be somewhere around 12 days at max.
But we waited for 12 days and no phone nothing came, and when we called back we were told that on a border the Big truck has been held for carrying commercial stuff and our household items are there which will be taken care in a day or 2 . We waited and waited in Hotel room for another 5 days and then we were told that our stuff was loaded lately after 5 days of packing and is held at border.
When we called daily we were told to do anything even FIR if we desire but not disturb them.
Our stuff finally arrived after 30 days and that after 3 -4 delivery confirmations, every time it was “Sir we will deliver it day after tomorrow”.
And the great thing is 3 items are missing, I am very sure they have stolen my few stuff and crockery is broken.
All the people in here are cheating and there is one phone number in their catalog that’s for Mr. Sunil Sharma, who is head, customer support and everything and can exploit you if required.
There are 3 people you will get contacted to Sunil, Sandeep, Manoj in Bangalore and your delivery surprisingly would be through Central Cargo Mr. Rahul would be contact person.
And the new thing I got to know these people use to lie about canters, they don’t have any canters .Real cargo uses Central cargo(Anand vihar) for shifting services.
These people are fraud, pls dnt go for this cargo.!
Greatness is that these people are polite till you give them stuff and rude afterwards and deliver your stuff when they want and how much they want and that you are at their mercy.

My husband and I work for IBM. We both are in the same team. We bagged up an opportunity to finish a project in clients place in America, so we were thinking to sell all the household items, since it will be costlier to pay rent for 8 months.
But one of my friend recommended Real cargo packers and movers Storage as well as their packing n moving service. We just called them up and fixed an appointment to look at the household items. "After all we fixed up a price which was better than paying rent, we went to the warehouse of real cargo packers and movers to just look how safe the items will be kept, we were happy the way they maintained the warehouse.
Fixed up a date they came packed each and everything with good care and moved to the warehouse completing all their formalities of numbering etc. Since the project got delayed for one more month we extended it for one month through online, dint expect it will be so easy online.
After our 9 months return we called them to deliver back the items to our new house, they did help us in re arranging and all the items were in same condition without any problem we were happy for the good service they provided, as we dint even knew these kind of service existed.
To all my friends in my company, I thank you not only for storage but also for your packing n moving service because of which goods and my items were in the same condition.

I transferred my few house holding including Apache bike from Bangalore to Pune via Real cargo. They charged loading- unloading charge aprox Rs xxxxx/ + 5% Insurance charge + 12% service Tax.
1. Took Full Payment on Loading: They took full payment on its loading itself that’s was the reason they were not ready to listen a single request. Pre loading, the guy was talking and behaving like somewhat professional but later once full payment was done, he started in very rough Hariyanavi style. Event not ready to pick or talk on phone.
My only mistake was to hire this service and paid full amount on loading itself.
2. Horrible behavior and experience while Unloading: They had provided this service for door to door; as they will pack and pick from flat in Bangalore and deliver it to the flat address in Pune (Katraz). Pre loading they mentioned that goods will be transferred to your Pune’s flat by small vehicle once it gets unloaded in their Pune store.
But once it reached to Pune they called that our big cargo Truck can’t pass and turn in your local road. So you need to take it from our store. They were not even to ready to help a bit. We had to arrange our own paid separate truck to transfer it to the flat in Pune.
3. Bike Packing: They didn’t not pack bike at my flat where rest of goods were got packed. They took this bike as driving post providing language handover document. Later we came to know that pre loading and packing this bike, they were driving this for 3 days carelessly in Bangalore.
4. Insurance docs: They didn't provide any document for so called insurance. Pre loading they assured for insurance related document to be dispatched in your provided mail just one day after loading, but they didn't While asking for the document post 2 days of loading, they replied as all goods were insured by our own insurance company (so called, but there is no such insurance company exists.).
The wheel of fridge and washing machine has been broken. Bike has many dents and scratches. I asked for insurance copy or bit refund for that. They directly refused for that.
5. Service Tax: They charged this tax not only on actual amount; this service tax was charged on the whole amount which was included 5 % of insurance charge too.
6. Fake ISO certification: They are having fake ISO certification no too at their browser but not on website. On asking for this they told this has not been updated since long back.
7. Operating form other Store: They are not having their own office/store in Bangalore. They are operating this from another office in Yashwantpur, Bangalore.
