Mphasis — PF amount not transferred

I had raised online ticket for PF amount transfer to my present employer.
But when I see my transferred amount I can see that approved amount is 0.
When I check the passbook i can see the total amount is 27, 461.00

The company has not transferred my PF amount and has marked the claim as settled. I have raised ticket with Mphasis HR0331253 yet no action is taken now.

I have seen many of the ex- employees have raised this concern.
Please take strict action against these companies who try to cheat their ex- employees.
