Mphasis — Unauthorized credit card charges

On 6 Oct 2015, I tried to use my credit card in some website worth of 1525. It asked for the OTP but I received OTP little late so when I tried to enter the OTP it showed OTP expired and transaction has been cancelled. But when I got the credit card statement then only I came to know that the amount Rs. 1525 is included. So now even though I did not used that money I had to pay the bill. So please consider my request and try to review it and help me Refund the amount. Thank You. Santhosh N
