Mr. Balkrishna Jagannath Borse — driver cancelled the booking

We have booked ola auto, crn: [protected], driver name: korra man sing, on[protected] around 11:55am from kmg road, gudimalkapur to gulmohar park colony, seri lingampally, hyderabad. We are on time, after arriving, before getting into the auto he cancelled the trip at 12:09pm and blamed us rudely for cancellation, and he picked some other passengers from the same place and charged 15/- for cancellation.
After that we booked another cab (Mini) from the same location no:ts13ua8634, name: tirupathi, mobile no:[protected] at 12:19 pm and waited for 40 mins but still he failed to locate the location, after 40mins he cancelled the booking. Till now the ola service was very good, but now-a-days facing problem whie pick-up, so kindly look in to it.
